Join us for the 2nd memorial golf outing on July 27, 2024 at Northwood Golf Course. All proceeds will go to the Clear Cell Sarcoma Foundation to help others battling this rare cancer.

Event Details

GOLF. The outing is a 9-hole scramble with spots for 28 teams. The first 14 teams will tee off at 9:00am and the next 14 will tee off at 2:00pm. Lunch will be served between rounds.

INCLUDED WITH REGISTRATION. Each golfer will receive a t-shirt, lunch, and two drinks chips at the event. The winning team from the morning and afternoon will receive a prize.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES. If you want to participate but not golf, volunteer and join us for a fun day! We need help with setup, raffles, lunch, and more.

In memory of Bob, raising money for Clear Cell Sarcoma

Bob was first diagnosed with CCS in 2002. He noticed a painful lump in his foot and was shocked to learn that it was CCS. Bob underwent a long surgery where the doctors fully removed the tumor and reconstructed his foot. Although the recovery was difficult, this procedure allowed Bob to live nearly 20 years cancer free. Then in 2022 the CCS had returned but this time it was much more aggressive and had spread to his lungs. Bob underwent chemo for palliative care but lost his battle with CCS just 5 short months after being diagnosed. Bob was a warrior and a great husband, dad, and friend to many and we miss him dearly. The golf outing in his honor and all proceeds will go to Clear Cell Sarcoma Foundation to help others battling this rare cancer. Learn more about the impact the foundation is making HERE.
